The Positions on the unit are designed to stimulate the entire circulatory system in sequential order, starting in upper areas and working throughout all areas.
1. First Position
The body is place on the unit to where hips are positioned against the contour. The bar is held with hands after reaching for a good stretch. The First Position lifts the rib cage, aligns the spine, and stimulates the back area to relax the internal system. This position is imperative throughout the entire exercise session.
2. Second Position
Continue the good stretch by holding the hand bar. This position works through stimulation of circulation of upper body, underarm, mid-area, waist, upper abdomen, and upper leg. Every corrective position for these areas work on the life line of the body.
3. Third Position
The bar does not move on this position. The handle grips are held on the side of the unit. This works through circulation in the lower abdominal area, lower hip and inside thigh. This position also firms and tones the neck and face.
4. Fourth Postion
This position works through stimulation of circulation in thigh, knees, and entire leg. the feet fit in the contour of the unit and slight resistance is applied by the user.
5. Fifth Postion
This postion is the most stimulating - it stimulates the entire circulatory stystem. the bar is moving in this position and the user should not stretch or resist but should totally relax.
